Fielding Mignot has been established to explore spatially enriching and meaningful work, with a real emphasis on regenerative design through enhanced longevity, considered materiality selections and purposeful engagement to deliver well-crafted buildings.
Every project is a collaboration of ideas, discussions and exploration.
A purposeful journey makes the result so much more rewarding and lasting.
Fielding Mignot is a Sydney based design practice, formed by Adrian Mignot, providing architectural design services with a particular focus on longevity and purpose, formal delight, spatial intrigue and with a nod to both mid century modern gems and the decorative arts embellishments of our past.
Our greatest contribution to creating a net zero built environment, will be to purposely focus on building longevity, quality, and suitability. The built environment contributes to approximately 37% of all human-caused emissions globally during construction, and 34% of completed building energy demands globally (UN Environmental Programme - 2022 Global Status Report for Buildings and Construction)
Fielding Mignot is particularly focused on how our designs and buildings are fit for purpose, to ensure both a meaningful social and individual purpose. Material selections, construction processes, and re-usability are key contributors to reducing overall emissions, and driving towards a regenerative future. The most significant contribution we can make is to improve longevity, quality, purpose.
